Below please find a high level explanation of the various public search functions available on the Directory. Once you find the model you're looking for click on the AHRI Certified Reference Number to download the certificate (see attached screenshot, "Download certificate").

Search by AHRI Certified Reference Number or Model Number: Universal Search
If you know your product’s AHRI Certified Reference Number or Model Number, enter that information in the search field on the upper right-hand portion of the AHRI Directory home page. If searching by AHRI Certified Reference Number, click the AHRI Certified Reference Number radio button, enter the number in the text box and click on the looking glass. If searching by Model Number, click the Model Number radio button and enter the model number in the text box. This search function will return models across all product sections with a model status of active, production stopped, discontinued (within the past five years) and obsolete (within the past 6 months). Once your model is found click "Select" to view the product details and to see the link to download the certificate. Search for AHRI-Certified Products by Product Type and Other Product-Specific Characteristics/Ratings: Quick Search
If you would like to find AHRI-Certified products that meet a set of criteria (i.e. brand, specific physical characteristics, specific range of ratings) use the “Search Product Database” tool. Upon selecting a particular product type you may refine your search criteria to increase or decrease the number of records found. If you desire to search by criteria that is not included in the product’s Quick Search Criteria block, click the “Conduct Advanced Search” link at the bottom of the search criteria box. Regardless of the search criteria entered you will be limited to exporting a maximum of 250 records at a time. This search function will return models with a model status of active or production stopped. Please reference the attached screenshot "Navigation to quick search" for a visual on how to access this search.
Search for Discontinued and Obsolete Products:
To search for discontinued or obsolete product/s that meet a set of criteria (i.e. brand, specific physical characteristics, specific range of ratings) use the “Search Discontinued and Obsolete Products” tool under the "Additional Resources" drop down. Refine your search criteria to increase or decrease the number of records found. Regardless of the search criteria entered, you will be limited to viewing a maximum of 250 records at a time. Product/s must have been discontinued within the past five years or obsoleted within the past 6 months to be searchable. AHRI is unable to provide information on products older than this.
Search for CEE Qualified and ENERGY STAR Products
To search for CEE Qualified and ENERGY STAR products that meet a set of criteria (i.e. brand, specific physical characteristics, specific range of ratings) use the “Find ENERGY STAR and CEE Qualified Products” tool under the "Additional Resources" drop down to be taken to the CEE Directory of Efficient Equipment. Refine your search criteria to increase or decrease the number of records found. Regardless of the search criteria entered, you will be limited to viewing a maximum of 250 records at a time.
