The Directory team is not able to unlock models, as it may interfere with an ongoing test cycle that the AHRI engineer is managing for that program. The only update that can be made by the manufacturer to models that are test locked is their model status. If updates are needing to be made to test locked records please reach out to your AHRI engineer to discuss the changes and request that they be unlocked.
