The AHRI Certified Data published in the AHRI Directory of Certified Product Performance is managed by manufacturers that can add and edit their models at any frequency, AHRI does not dictate that time frame. Some programs are more active than others and some time periods of the year drive more updates. Programs will tend to see more activity based of the peak season for that type of model.  In terms of the addition of new data columns, that is very rare.
